Delivery Policy Highlights

  • Cash on Delivery unavailable.
  • Delivery charges vary by location and weight.
  • Delivery times:
    • 3-4 business days for Metro-cities (Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai).
    • 3-8 business days for the rest of India.
  • Online Terms and Conditions prevail over Delivery Policy in case of conflict.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds processed within 7-10 working days for cancelled orders.
  • For orders cancelled for reordering, funds transferred as "Re-Order Token" for future use.


  • Acceptable for damaged/incorrect products; issue to be reported to the carrier upon receipt.
  • Damaged Product Receipt:
    • Do not accept externally tampered packages, report with photographic evidence.
    • For internal damage, assistance provided; opening video aids in no-question replacement.

Delivery Issues

  • If status shows 'Delivered' but not received:
    • Assistance provided to obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) or Delivery Receipt Sip (DRS Copy).
    • 4-5 business days for courier response; meanwhile, check with local contacts.
  • Delayed or Undelivered Shipments:
    • No refunds/compensation for delays due to weather, government restrictions, or courier issues.
    • Contact support for assistance in case of non-receipt.

Delivery Exception Handling

  • In case of delivery exceptions, reattempt made upon customer response.
  • If unresponsive, the package returns to the Production Unit.
  • Reshipping requires an alternate address and payment for reshipping costs.
  • Unclaimed returned shipments scrapped after 30 days with no refund.


  • Feedback requested for shipments that are tampered, damaged, or faulty.
